User Registration and Account Management
Account Creation: To access and use Colour Green's services, Customers must create an account by registering on the Colour Green website. This process involves providing personal information such as name, contact details, and other relevant information as prompted.
Account Security: Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. This includes safeguarding passwords and any other login details.
Account Information Accuracy: Customers are required to ensure that all account information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Any request for changes to this information must be authorized by Colour Green. Customers must submit a valid reason for any requested changes to their account information, and approval of these changes is at the discretion of Colour Green. Prompt updates are necessary whenever there is a change in relevant details.
Use of Account: Customers are expected to use their accounts responsibly, adhering to the Terms of Use and any applicable laws. Unauthorised or fraudulent use of the account may result in suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to refuse to open an Account and do not need to provide reasons for doing so.
Limited Bids for Posted Jobs: When a Customer posts a job on the Colour Green platform, it is important to be aware that only a maximum of three Service Providers will be allowed to bid on their job posting. This measure is in place to ensure a focused and quality-driven selection process, promoting more meaningful interactions and choices for the Customer. Furthermore, it should be noted that all transactions related to their posted job, including details of bids, will be recorded and visible in the Customer’s profile for a period of one year.
General Provisions for Customers:
Responsibility for Activities: Customers are responsible for their interactions on our platform. Colour Green is an interactive website where users contribute content that may be published. Customers must ensure they have the right to use any third-party content they contribute. This responsibility includes maintaining the confidentiality of account information and passwords and ensuring that all activities under their account comply with the terms of service. Any unauthorized use of an account or any other breach of security must be immediately reported to Colour Green.
Notification of Unauthorized Use: Customers are required to immediately notify Colour Green in the event of any suspected unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach. Prompt notification helps ensure swift action to protect the customer’s account and the integrity of the platform. Colour Green will take necessary steps to address the issue, but customers are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account until Colour Green is informed of the security breach.
Account Termination: Colour Green reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer's account at its sole discretion for any breach of these Terms or for any activities deemed detrimental to the platform or its user community. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activities, misuse of the service, or any other actions that negatively impact the platform or its users.
Inactive Account: An account will be classified as inactive if it has not been accessed for a period exceeding one year. In an effort to keep customers informed, we will initiate contact after a period of 3 months of inactivity, followed by a subsequent notice after 6 months. If a customer's account remains inactive after these notices, we will proceed with the permanent deletion of the account.

Content Ownership and Responsibility: All User Content that you create and post on the Colour Green platform is owned by you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you post complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.
Use of Content on the Platform: Your User Content is utilized on the Colour Green platform to facilitate the matching process with appropriate Service Providers. In posting your content, you grant Colour Green a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the platform for the purpose of providing our services.
Intellectual Property of Colour Green:
All content and material on the Colour Green website, including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, and interfaces, are the exclusive property of Colour Green Limited and are protected under intellectual property laws.
The Colour Green name, logo, and any related service names are trademarks of Colour Green Limited and may not be used without prior written permission.
